MAKING A PURCHASE
When making a purchase, simply browse through our website or search for exactly what you want using the search bar until you find what you need. Then simply ‘add to cart’, when you have finished shopping simply press ‘check out’. You will be able to edit your cart, cancelling or adding items, at any time up until when you enter your payment details.
Returns costs are at your own expense, original postage costs do not get refunded unless the item is damaged.
PAYMENT AND CURRENCIES
Prices will always be shows in Great British Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, these are processed using stripe secure system. Credit cards are pre-authorized immediately using the stripe secure system. You can also pay by PayPal.
TAX CHARGES
Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.

Here at LOXDONZ, we are keen for our customers to buy our products with confidence. All credit card details are processed using the Stripe and PayPal secure transaction system. COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
If you have entered your payment details and checked out, your package should be being processed. However there are a few cases where we cannot complete your order. This will only occur if the product you have ordered is now out of stock; if your payment was unauthorized; in the instance of a pricing or product description error; or if you fail to meet the eligibility order criteria set out by these terms and conditions.
