About the Role

We are recruiting a Marketing and Commercial Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing and commercial functions. This is a strategic appointment reporting directly to the Director. The successful candidate will own the Company’s marketing strategy, manage our e-commerce presence, drive our commercial relationships with suppliers, platforms and trade customers, and line-manage our two existing operational employees (Sales Assistant and Pick Pack Assistant).

Prepare and present monthly commercial reports to the Director on performance, forecast and growth opportunities.

Represent the Company at trade events, exhibitions and key customer meetings.
