Please note - This delivery times are estimates, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, allowing 2-4 days for the standard delivery service.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from LOXDONZ however if this is not the case, we will be willing to provide a store credit for the full value of your returned item(s) when you return it to us in a saleable condition and proof of postage is received.

To return

Send your item back to the address below with tracked delivery service, we prefer Royal Mail, then send us an email using the below template to sales@loxdonz.com and a member of the team will respond within 1-2 working days.

YOUR EMAIL MUST CONFIRM THE BELOW INFORMATION:

  • Your Order Number
  • Proof of return Postage (receipt showing address details or tracking number)
  • Name of Item(s) Returned
  • Reason for return(s)
  • Returns costs are at your own expense
  • Original postage costs are only refunded if the item was damaged.

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags.
  • Please note before making any purchase from this site that any credit note can take up to 14 working days to be fully processed.
  • Credit notes exclude postage & returns cost.
  • We only class orders as lost in transit after 15 working days have passed, only after this will we consider a refund for non received goods.
  • Please use a tracked method, we are not responsible for any lost orders and you will be asked to claim back with the delivery company.
  • Returns costs are at your own expense.
  • Refunds do not inc original postage costs.
  • Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
  • Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 14 working days to refund/exchange, you will receive an email stating your account has been credited.
  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.
  • Exchanges can take up to 7-14 days to be processed.
  • Once an exchange has been approved we will require you to pay the cost postage of the exchanged item (this excludes receiving faulty or damaged goods, in which case the cost is covered by ourselves).
  • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you.
  • Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
  • LOST ORDERS. Delivery should take no more than 4 working days UK however hermes only class parcels lost after 15 working days. We can only offer a refund or replacement for a lost parcel after this time has passed.

Please pop a note inside your return parcel stating your order number and the item etc you require.

Received the wrong item or item is damaged? -

Please return within the 14 day policy and inform us via email. Follow the instructions set out above
